Most building problems here come from a drawing that was never checked against the ground, a pour that nobody watched, or a bill paid before the work was measured. Our job is to close those gaps.
We start from what you want to build and what you can spend. Then we go to the plot and check the soil, levels, drainage and what is around it. Only then do we fix the design and the price.
The same team that draws the plans builds them, with an engineer on site at every stage. We work on private homes, commercial buildings and institutional buildings. The size changes; the standard does not.
